The membership fee to join USed will be $15 annually.

1. Send an email with Name, mailing address,email address,payment method preferred and, of course, your t-shirt size.

2. Email the information or print it and snail mail it.

3a.If PAYPAL is the indicated form of payment, we will submit a pay request to your email address.

3b. If you are paying by check, make the check payable to Kim Howatt, and please, at the very least, send a copy of the entry form with your check to:

4. Once we receive and confirm the payment has entered the account, your name and information will be placed in a database and you will be a member. We will also send out a confirmation email so you will know we are set.
